Galati: fluvial-marine city-harbor on the left shore of Danube; residence of Galati district. Geto-Dacian fortress, Roman settlement, fluvial “shell” in Middle Ages (1445). Museums of history, natural sciences, plastic arts; memorial house Costache Negri; Roman camp and civil Roman settlement, on Dacian place (IBC-IVAC; marks);the palace of the city hall (Ion Micu, 1911); monuments (Al. I. Cuza, M. Eminescu), statues, memorial plaque; public garden; promenade (contemporary sculpture). Surroundings: Garvan village( Daco-Roman-Byzantine settlement-Dinogetia), crossing Danube by ferry; Garboave – touristic complex.

Braila: fluvial-marine city-harbor settled on the left shore of Danube; residence of Braila district. Vestiges from Neolithic and Bronze Age, gothic necropolis (IV-III BC); Drinago or Brillago in 1368. Museum (history, ethnography, natural sciences, plastic art); fortress (XV century; marks)-in the public garden; statues; park-monument. Surroundings: Lacul Sarat (lake)-permanent balneal resort, 25m. alt. recommended in treating the affections of the locomotive system, genecology, dermatology.

Balta Alba: village near the lake with the same name from northern Baragan. Permanent balneal resort (30m.alt.). therapeutic indications: affections of locomotive system , genecology, marginal nervous system. Surroundings: Caineni-Bai village (seasonal balneal resort, 50m. alt., with similar therapeutic indications).

Ramnicu Sarat: city at the left of the river with the same name. museum (history, ethnography, plastic art); architectonic complex (1697), monument of Brancovean art; specific urban architecture, XIX century.

Focsani: city near Milcov, capital-city of Vrancea district. Museums of history, ethnography, natural sciences; Craciuna fortress (XIII century, fortified in 1482 by Stefan cel Mare; ruins); Monumentul Unirii (the Union Monument) – Ion Jalea, landmark; mausoleum (1916-1918); statues.

Odobesti: city on Milcov valley. Vine-yards known since Stefan cel Mare, the biggest from Moldavia in 1818, nowadays, together with the localities Cotesti- Panciu- Nicoresti, the largest from the country. Museum of feudal art; basement (XV-XIX century); modern wine cellar.

Vidra: village on Putna valley, “gate” of Vrancea. Ethnographic- folkloric region. Upstream-Putna waterfall.

Lepsa: village to Putna sources. Hatchery; ethnographic  region.

Soveja: village at Susita river sources, customs point in Middle Age. Climacteric resort of local interest (54m. alt.) recommended in treating the respiratory problems, anemia and tiredness. Rural museum (ethnography, folk art); monument of architecture (1645); mausoleum (1916-1918) and military museum.

Campuri: village on Susitei valley. The memorial house Ion Roata ( countryman-deputy in ad-hoc committee, fighter for the rights of countrymen and partisan for the union).

Marasesti: city near the inferior valley of Siret. Decisive battles in the first world war. Mausoleum (1916-1918) and military museum.

Tecuci: city at the confluence of Tecusel with Barlad. Daco-Roman vestiges, documentary mentioned in 1435. Museum of history; the monument of the railwaymen heroes (1918); statues; parks; zoo.

Costache Negri: village on Paraul Cerului valley. Memorial house of the writer with the same name, politician and militant for the union.
