It is very important that all the tourists and the participants at the programs, tours, trips, travels offered by the guides that post on this site, to read carefully, to understand the following lines and to agree with all the conditions presented next for being able to participate.

We (Site administrators) are directly responsible only for this site (graphic, design, content – except itineraries) but the guides are directly responsible for the posted tours, trips and excursions, for the information that come with these, for the tourists that participate and the payments.

The price includes:

At each program, tour, travel is specified what is included in the price. The price can include all the types of accommodation in hotels, motels, pensions, chalets, gate keeper’s cabin, buildings arranged for accommodation for tourists in monasteries, private houses, rooms with or without bathroom and private toilet, in double rooms or rooms with more beds, the meals when there are specified in the program, the guidance service during the program, tour, trip, the transport between locations like it is described in the program

The price does not include:

The price is established depending on the chosen program, tour, trip, on the number of persons that participate, also depends on the season, period of time of the year when it takes part. The price does not include the transport of the persons until the specified meeting spot in each program, tour, travel. Also, the meals that are not specified in the program are not included in price. The personal insurance of the participants at the program, tour, travel is not included in price. The personal expenses of any kind are not included in price. Therefore, everything that is not included in “The price includes”

Accommodation

The majority of the nights included in the program, tour, travel will be in hotels, motels, pensions, chalets, buildings arranged for hosting the tourists in monasteries, private houses, but also, sometimes, tents. The quality of the accommodation will differ depending on the place, the utilities and the option of the tourist. Also, not in every location where the tourists spend the night is possible the accommodation in separate rooms for men and women, especially in monasteries, but if there will be any request before the program, we will try to solve in a favorable way. In some cabins, chalets, private houses the toilet and the water source can be inside the house or outside at some meters distance, although you will be informed before the beginning of the tour if these situations occur.

Luggage

The transport of the luggage from a location to another can or can not be included in the price of the program, tour, travel depending on the wish of the tourist, for this reason, please read carefully the description of the tour. We recommend you to do your luggage in an adequate way for every program, tour, travel, as small and easy possible, to avoid unpleasant situations for both parts.

Equipment:

Taking into consideration that some programs, tours, travels will be in nature trough Delta channels or on marked or unmarked paths in the mountains, you have to be aware of that fact that you will have to go by boats, canoe, kayak or trough mud, branches, stumps of wet trees and, occasionally, on the snow. The situation of the paths or channels can vary during a program, tour, travel, some being in a very good state, being large and tidy which provides an easy travel. Others – here we talk about the mountain trips – specially those with a high level of difficulty, are paths that can cross less beaten areas, areas where you can easily get lost without a guide. All this is available also in the brooks from Delta. Therefore in the tours in the mountains and partially in the tours in Delta, when the accommodation will be in tents, the equipment has to contain: tent, sleeping bag, pipe, water; cream against mosquitoes, boots for the mountains with protection for the ankles; trekking poles or ski poles; cloths against the rain; coat and pants; cloths; rucksack; sweets; if possible a binocular; sun glasses; UV cream protection; first-aid case.

Also, if you have any kind of medical problem it is advisable to consult the doctor before doing a mountain trip or a tour in Delta! Not telling to the leader of the tour or to the guide that you have medical problems, you assume the entire risk that can result.

If you forgot something from the list mentioned above, or something that you believe you would need for certain, please communicate it to the guide before leaving.

Keep in mind that while the trips from the Danube Delta or in the mountainous areas, the weather can be sometimes hard to predict and the rescue can sometimes reach very hard. Because of this fact it is recommendable for you to be well equipped for the programs, tours, trips that you attend. Being properly equipped will assure you that in case of bad weather the programs, tours, trips will be a pleasant experience.

Transport

Depending on the chosen program, but also on the number of persons, the transport can be by train, by public ways of transport (buses, tramways, maxi-taxi) by cab, by small busses, by ship, by ferry, by boat or by canoe and kayak.

The weather

Sometimes, because of the meteorological conditions and for your security, the changing of the directions, partially or totally, will be required. These changes will be made by common will, with explications about the other possibilities, but the guide will be the one who will take the final decision.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

ASSUMING THE RISKS. GUARANTEES

The participation at trips, tours, excursions, vacations, exploring the wild flora and fauna or any other type of touristic tour or excursion organized by the guides, implies a certain risks and dangers.

These risks include, but are not limited to:
· Traveling on rough field, rivers, channels, brooks and forests;
· Traveling by car, bus, microbus, ATV, ship, ferry, boat, canoe and kayak or other means of transport;
· Accidents and sickness in isolated areas, with or without medical facilities and/or without the possibility of paid evacuation
· Accidents caused by the forces of the nature
· Changing the itinerary owed to reasons that are independent of the guide’s wish
· Canceling or changing of the program, tours or excursions owed to circumstances independent of the guide’s wish.

Taking into consideration everything mentioned above, and paying for the right of participation at these kind of tours, excursions or other services and activities organized by the guides, they assume, trough this present document, the entire responsibility for his action, for the causes, the duties, the process, the requests or the claims of any nature, now presented and which can result in the future, because or connected with the excursion or participation at the activities organized by the guides. Each guide is directly responsible for the organization of the tours, from the beginning until the end, at the payments made for this purpose, but also for the tourists that are under their care during the tours.

Each guide read this document, which represent assuming the risks and represents a guarantee for him and for all the members of his family, inclusively for the minors that accompany him. Trough this document each guide agrees and accepts all the afferent risks, dangers and stipulated conditions. Also, each guide agrees this conditions.

The limits of the responsibility

Each guide offers and can offer for his programs: transport, accommodation and other services offered by different services providers, also the service of professional guidance, contractor or provider of means of transport and/or any other afferent transport services. Therefore, each guide is absolved of any responsibility concerning accidents, losses, or personal injuries which could result on the bond of the services of aerial, maritime, fluvial and terrestrial transport or in connection with any other means of transport that do not depend on his control. The operation of any vehicle or means of transport used for this excursion, tour is the entire responsibility of the companies or the persons that provide these services for the passengers. These services providers (natural or legal person) will respond in conformity with the effectual legislation on Romania territory, the responsibilities for any type of adversity will be recorded locally.

The collaborator companies of transport have license for the transport of groups of persons, in conformity with the effectual legislation on Romania territory, disposing of insurances for luggage and insurance in case of accidents for the transported goods and persons.

Also, no guide assumes in any way the responsibility for eventual accidents, losses or personal injuries owed to circumstances, weather, fire, governmental actions or other authorities, also in case of war, strikes, terrorist actions, thefts, plague, quarantine situations, dangerous incidents in aerial, maritime, fluvial or terrestrial space or through any other actions or incidents that exceed the power of the guide.

The guide reserves the right to modify, reasonably, the itinerary (inclusively replacing the accommodation) when it is a must, for assuring the optimum comfort and the wealth of the participant at the excursion.

The quotation of price (where it is not stipulated) is made concerning the number of participants, the duration of the tour, the location, the period of the year, but also taking into consideration the current rate of exchange and can be modified if the currency varies significantly.

Conditions of payment :

After establishing in detail the program, tour and depending on its value, it will be asked an earnest money from the total value per person. In conformity with the effectual law, the earnest is of minimum 40%.
The rest of 60% from the value of the excursion, tour, holiday will be paid according to how the parts established.
The payment can be made by banking transfer or in some other way the parts agreed.

Details about the canceling the excursion :

Any canceling of the program, tour is being done by sending an email or fax, and the canceling is available only after you get an answer.

For canceling a program, tour are taken the following charges:

-More than 105 days before the beginning of the tour, excursion, holiday – 20% per person from the value of the program;
-Between 70-105 days before the beginning of the tour, excursion, holiday – 40% per person from the value of the program;
-Between 45-69 days before the beginning of the tour, excursion, holiday – 60% per person from the value of the program;
-Less than 45 days before the beginning of the tour, excursion, holiday – 100% per person from the value of the program.

In case of canceling a tour or excursion no guide is responsible for the eventual supplementary spending made by you for the program. For example: buying the equipment, reservations to hotels, pensions, buying the airplane ticket or train and others.

In case of canceling a program, tour, excursion, holiday, the guide is directly responsible and he will send trough email, fax or mail, a letter from which to result the payment you have made.

We recommend you to have insurance for canceling the travel (storno type) and in this way, if from various reasons you can not participate at the program, to be able to ask from the insurance company the earnest money that you paid.

Each guide reserves the right to refuse providing his services to third parties or companies, without justify his refusal.

All mentioned above is part of the present contract, which will be signed by both parties before beginning the journey.
